What is your warranty?

Our mechanism is warranted for life to the original purchaser. This means from the day you purchase it for as long as you own it, if you experience any type of mechanism failure, excluding abuse, we will replace the parts for you. We also guarantee your satisfaction with a 30 day money back offer.

can I take it with me when I move?

How difficult is it to install my new Wall Bed Furniture

Every wall bed & desk unit is designed and installed so that it can be moved in the future. If you move around the corner, across the nation, or simply want to change it's position in your home, the Wall Bed Furniture products can be moved.

Our beds are wall mounted not floor mounted, and is attaches to the wall with three screws. Once fully assembled the unit is able to be moved to a new room or a different residence as your needs change.

We always say that if you know how to use a drill you can assemble our wall beds & side cabinets. Once our product is in your home there will be some simple assembly required. But no need to worry, we will provide you with step by step instructions, videos & all the necessary tools needed to assemble your products. Tell me more about your piston lift mechanism.

There is no floor mounting. It ttaches to the wall with three screws. Therefore the unit is able to be moved to a new room or a different residence as your needs change. This mechanism is completely contained within the cabinet and once set, requires absolutely no adjustments. It has a locking mechanism which prevents the bed from being lowered accidentally and locks the bed inside the cabinet when not in use. Lastly, the piston is not subject to metal fatigue or catastrophic failure.

What if I don't want to install my
Wall Bed Furniture myself?

If you live in the western Wisconsin or Twin Cities area we can install your Wall Bed Furniture for you. In other areas, we have a list of professional "installers" that you can hire to install your Wall Bed Furniture. If you happen to live in an area where none of these services exist, we can help you locate a qualified handyman.

 

Can I pick up my Wall Bed Furniture?

Of Course. Picking it up yourself is the most cost effect method of delivery. 

Tell me about your door/drawer hardware.

Our drawer boxes have a Blum under mount soft/self closing mechanism that allows the drawers to close quietly so there is no unwanted noise. The hinges on our doors have a concealed 6 way adjustable soft/self closing mechanism that allows the hinge to not be visible as well as making the doors close quietly to help reduce noise.

How does my Wall Bed Furniture ship to me?

Our customers use local delivery companies to ship our Murphy beds & side cabinets to your install site. Once in your home there will be some assembly with simple step by step instructions.

How long does it take to get my Wall Bed Furniture?

Production time is approximately 4 weeks plus shipping, delivery or installation; however depending on production load at the time that you place your order, the time frame can be shorter or longer. Please call us for an up to date time estimate. 

How do I care for my  new Wall Bed Furniture?

Simply obtain a "non solvent" based furniture cleaner/polish and Micro-Fiber towel to care for your Wall Bed. Each of these products is environmentally safe.

What is Refund Policy

Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns except items damaged during shipping will incur a 25% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must provide transportation on your own to return the item to be dropped off or returned via shipping. Wall Bed Furniture does not cover any return shipping costs unless the item is damaged during transit in which you should alert your delivery driver before they leave as well as contact us immediately.

 

All regular/non-clearance items are backed by a 1 year parts in-store warranty as well as a limited lifetime manufacturers warranty on the mechanism. Excludes damage outside of normal wear and tear.

Clearance items, used items or refurbished items are sold as-is and no warranty is included.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us with your order # and explain what the issue is. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer if different from us.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), but will be determined by management. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus a 25% restocking fee, within a certain amount of days determined by your bank.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items will only be refunded at the sale price.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
